This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information by INFO. Other websites that may be accessible through this Site have their own privacy policies and data collection, use and disclosure practices. Our affiliates and business partners have their own privacy policies too. Children Under 13

We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13 on the Site. If you are aware that a child under 13 has provided us with information and you so notify us, we shall promptly remove such information.

Personal Information Related to Employment

INFO, Inc. is a service provider to employers who may be subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). On behalf of employers and from those employers, we may collect personal information such as:

Identifiers like name, address, email address, INFO account information, and user IP addresses.
User activity within the time and attendance or scheduling services.
Hand or finger templates derived from an image (that is not retained) and used only with certain time clocks.
Geolocation data of employees using our mobile app to punch in and out or perform other employment-related transactions.

We do not sell such personal information, however, we disclose personal information to our Service Providers and other third parties, such as affiliates supporting our Services, payroll processors, or ACA filing providers, only at the direction and with permission of the employer. Personal Information Related to Marketing

INFO, Inc. may also collect name, business address, email address, and phone numbers of contacts for the purpose of business-to-business marketing of our Services.
