Mangrove, InfoTronics form partnership

InfoTronics Inc., a developer of Web-enabled time and attendance software systems, announces the formation of a strategic alliance with Mangrove Software.

The alliance is focused on the integration of time and attendance tracking in coordination with human resource and payroll data with the goal of helping clients reduce duplication, improve accuracy of data, and streamline processes, a release said.

Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

Founded in 1994, Mangrove Software in Tampa is a provider of Web-based human resource, payroll and employee self-service programs. It hosts and licenses to more than 4,000 human resource and payroll customers. Its customers include payroll service bureaus, administrative service organizations, hotels, manufacturers, health care organizations and retailers.
