Attendance on Demand™ Selected by Weingartz Supply Company

Web-hosted time and attendance service to track employee labor, wage data

August, 2006:  Farmington Hills, Michigan   Michigan-based Weingartz Supply Company, Inc. has implemented Attendance on Demand, a web-hosted time and attendance service for secure, cost-effective labor management.  InfoTronics, Inc. dealer Advanced Time Management of Grand Rapids, Michigan is managing the installation. www.attendanceondemand.com

Weingartz, the largest independent outdoor power equipment dealer in North America, uses the service to collect and manage time and attendance information for 150 employees based in four Michigan locations, Attendance on Demand tracks employee start/end time, pay rates, scheduling, attendance, and more all over a highly secure internet connection, instantly exporting data into their corporate payroll.  

“We now have an efficient and affordable way to track and calculate employee time and wage information,” Notes General Manager Dan Weingartz. “Instead of manually tracking time cards, we just log online. This way, our administrative processes are streamlined, and we can continue to direct our resources to our customer service efforts.”

Employees swipe their badges at any of the seven time clocks located in the four locations. Attendance on Demand is available on a subscription basis — speeding implementation, minimizing the expenses and risks.
