Employee Self Service (ESS) is highly configurable. Attendance on Demand specialists work with you to determine the functions employees can perform, the information employees can see, how they enter hours on electronic time sheets, and so on. Employee can review time cards, request leave, check schedules, and punch online
Different employees can have different ESS options. For example, hourly employees can have function keys for punching, while salaried employees can enter their hours by project. Different groups of employees see the ESS interface that best fits their needs. Employees access ESS from the locations you designate using Internet Explorer.
