Incidents & Points

The Incidents & Points module enables you to measure and improve employee behavior at the workplace. When employees do something negative, like arrive late to work, points are accrued. You can:

  • Determine the rules or events that are negative or positive for your organization. The rules are automatically applied to employees.
  • Apply points for certain behaviors, tardies and absences for instance.
  • Deduct points for other behaviors. For example, if the employee goes for a length of time without incurring any points, points can be deducted.
  • See an employee’s point accruals in the time card and edit them if necessary.
  • Review point balances in summary sheets.
