1979 InfoTronics established in Southfield, Michigan as a developer of custom time
and attendance systems.
1984 First major installation of over 90 systems to Big Boy restaurants, Midwest region.
1986 First packaged software developed. InfoTronics North American Dealer Network
established as distribution channel.
1987 Focus shifts from custom software projects to product line development.
1989 InfoTronics offers Time Management System (TMS) family of time and
attendance products.
1992 InfoTronics provides largest line of PC-based time and attendance systems in
market.
1994 InfoTronics first major time and attendance company to introduce complete
MS Windows product – Attendance for Windows.
1996 InfoTronics introduces industry-leading Attendance Professional.
1999 20th anniversary year. InfoTronics introduces Attendance Plus and Wireless
Web-based Shop Floor Data Collection. 39 dealers throughout US and Canada.
InfoTronics enhances training and certification programs.
2001 InfoTronics establishes alliance with RSI, developer of biometric data collection
devices.
2002 InfoTronics introduces web-enabled Attendance Enterprise, a scalable, Microsoft
SQL system featuring Manager Self Service and Employee Self Service solutions.
2004 InfoTronics establishes Alliance Program; introduces fully integrated Attendance
Enterprise Incidents & Points module for automated employee performance
management. Over 50 dealers, resellers throughout US, Canada and Australia.
2006 InfoTronics introduces Attendance on Demand – the industry’s first
highly configurable, hosted time and attendance system.
