Chris Ciapala, President
Under Chris Ciapala’s direction, InfoTronics, Inc. leads the
industry with web-enabled, single-source time and attendance solutions.
Ciapala joined the company in 1986 as Chief Architect and President,
and now leads a highly qualified staff of professionals at InfoTronics
headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. His innovative vision and
technical expertise have enabled InfoTronics to successfully serve
a range of clients over the decades with flexible data collection devices
and comprehensive time and attendance systems. In 2004, Ciapala was
awarded the Soaring Eagle Leadership Award from TEC Detroit—an
international association of Chief Executive Officers dedicated to
increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of chief executives
and managing directors. |

Tim Ramas, Vice President, Support
Services
Tim Ramas joined InfoTronics in 1994 as Warehouse Manager, and during
his tenure increased the efficiency of warehouse operations. Promoted
to Technical Support Manager in 1996, Ramas dramatically increased
customer support satisfaction ratings. Now, as Vice President of Support
Services, Ramas directs a professional staff of Microsoft-certified
support specialists who provide timely customer service. He and his
team are committed to developing and maintaining a valued relationship
with customers using technical documentation pertaining to software
features and hardware issues. With 30 years of supervisory and management
experience, Ramas manages the specialized professional services division
in addition to the standard technical support services. |

Jenny Simich, Vice President,
Corporate Communications
Since 1996, Jenny Simich has demonstrated her commitment to quality
documentation, effective training and communications of the InfoTronics
family of products. As Vice President, Corporate Communications, Simich
is responsible for all marketing, advertising and trade show coordination,
along with documentation supporting technicians and end-users. Previously
Manager of Documentation and Training, Simich launched InfoTronics’ formal
training program developed specifically for the company’s North
American distribution network, and designed the state-of-the-art training
facility. Simich established InfoTronics’ web-based training
programs, and leads a team of training, documentation and marketing
specialists. Simich earned an MBA from Michigan State University, and
was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. |

Larry Burgess, Strategic Alliance
Manager
Drawing on an extensive career in human resource-related information
technology, Burgess identifies and structures alliances with organizations
that develop and sell solutions within the human capital market segment.
Burgess helped establish the InfoTronics alliance program for companies
whose products and concepts integrate with and support the competitive
stance of InfoTronics time and attendance solutions for a complete
Human Capital Management solution. Burgess has a Bachelor of Arts from
Western Michigan University. |

Vicki Holbel, Accounting Manager
Vicki Holbel has a proven track record of dedicated expertise and service
in support of InfoTronics business operations. She joined the company
in 1996 as manager of the development department. As Accounting
Manager, Holbel’s current responsibilities include directing
accounting and administrative activities, as well as warehouse
operations. During her tenure, Holbel restructured order processing
to increase efficiency and accuracy, and helped InfoTronics warehouse
operations run effectively with half the staff of previous years.
Holbel has extensive experience managing information technology
projects for major automotive and technology companies. She holds
a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Michigan,
and an Associates Degree in Business Management from Oakland Community
College. |
